Dennis Rockhill
Associate Pastor

Dennis Rockhill has been the Associate Pastor of Dover Church since 2005. He is in charge or organizing Dover's community small group ministry as well as lead worship for the church. Dennis has a passion to see the church worship its God with no holds barred. "I love working with people and mentoring those with a desire to lead. I find fulfillment in seeing the church live in community," he comments.

Before coming to Dover, Dennis, his wife and two daughters lived and worked in the suburbs of Chicago for 19 years. He attended Moody Bible Institute as a music major and then The American Conservatory of Music.

Don Norton
Director of Youth Ministires

Don Norton grew up in Sioux City, Iowa and attended college at S.D.S.U. in Brookings, SD as a Pre-Optometry student. In 1987, he was a counselor at a Junior High camp in the Black Hills and fell in love with Youth Ministry. It was at that same camp the next year that he met and fell in love with his wife of 19 years, Kelli. After graduation, He attended Central Baptist Seminary in Kansas City and earned his M.Div. in Evangelism and Church Growth.

Over the years, Don has been a Youth Pastor, Lead Pastor, Worship Leader, Church Planter, Children's Pastor, Discipleship Pastor and Pastor of Evangelism. He's also worked in a funeral home, made eyeglass lenses, flipped hamburgers, sold diamonds, and has a forklift license. Don has an Orange Belt in Shotokan Karate and a Camo Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He plays the trumpet, Irish tin whistle, french horn and a little guitar and is currently working full time helping produce chondroitin sulfate from cow tracheas (wow)!
